We want every order to make you and your furry friends happy! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

•  Cancel before your order ships via: doggydensupply.com/contact-us
•  Customized, pre-order, or media orders cannot be canceled after purchase

2. Shipping & Delivery

•  Packages are usually delivered 1–3 times by your local carrier
•  Unclaimed packages may be returned to sender; Doggy Den Supply is not responsible for lost items
•  Some international locations and shipping methods are non-trackable – check before ordering
•  Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events

3. Damaged or Defective Items

•  Report damaged or broken items within 15 days of delivery
•  Provide clear photos or videos for faster processing
•  If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label
•  Refunds and replacements are processed quickly:
  • Refunds: 3 business days after return in transit or approval
  • Redelivery: 5 business days if stock is available

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

•  Full refund or replacement for incorrect items
• ⚠Partial issues (wrong color/size, missing accessories) may qualify for partial refund or replacement
•  Please provide photos or screenshots to help us resolve your issue quickly

5. Non-Defective Returns

• Returns for reasons other than defects may be accepted at our discretion
• A restocking fee up to 35% may apply

6. Proof & Disputes

•  Always provide clear photos/videos for after-sales requests
• Requests reviewed and responded to within 3 business days
•  Certain disputes are not accepted, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Minor product differences or variations
  • Customs-related delays or returned packages

7. International Shipping & Special Situations

•  International returns are not recommended due to high cost and risk
•  Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics) may affect delivery – we will notify you promptly
